Just had Morris Carpets in to do our stairs landing and both bedrooms. Absolutely chuffed with the job they did. From explaining the difference in all the carpets through to the fit out which they spread over two separate days so we could move our furniture around. Overall the service was excellent. Had floor laid lovely no problems with the new floor fitted but I did pay for a removal and to take my carpet away, I paid the money the same day as my floor was laid but he left my carpet In my front garden rang them and every day I got told something different such as “ I put it out there and forgot about it I’ll collect on my way home” then the next day I’d phone after it still not being collected got told “he thought it was just a carpet removal and not to take it away aswell I’ll have someone collect it later on today” Continued to ring them everyday as I had already given them the money for the removal and was hearing every time “someone will be there later in the day or I’ll be there in 20-30 minutes to collect”, but they didn’t collect until my old carpet until 10 DAYS LATER, never had a problem with them before but I just don’t appreciate the different lies being told considering they know my family has been loyal customers for many many years.
